Care Support Brokerage Project
pAsCaL is pleased to have been awarded an Information & Advice Grant from Age Concern England which is funding the Care Support Brokerage Project. The project is in development and plans are in place to establish Care Support Brokerage which will assist in arranging services for older people and their carers in Lincolnshire. These services will include information and advice, day time opportunities, home from hospital, befriending, access to equipment, domestic services, day care, gentle excercise classes and more. The Care Support Brokerage Project will provide the helping hand to enable older people to continue to live safely and securely in their own homes.
The Care Support Brokerage Project will enhance the services already provided by Age Concerns across Lincolnshire. pAsCaL is working in partnership with Lincolnshire County Council and the Individual Budgets Network Lincolnshire to ensure that individuals have access to care support brokerage.
